These terms apply to every order placed through findlet.co.uk ("we", "us", "our site"), operated by Robert Gething Limited, trading as Findlet. A contract is formed once we accept your order and take payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is no longer available after your payment, in which case you will be refunded in full.
Prices are shown in GBP. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to the prices shown. Payment is taken instantly via secure bank transfer (Open Banking) through GoCardless at the time of order.
Our range changes regularly and we highlight a different "Find of the Day" each day. Products can sell out or be withdrawn at any time. If an item in your basket becomes unavailable before you pay, we will tell you at checkout; if it becomes unavailable after you have paid, we will contact you and refund you in full, or offer a substitute if you prefer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from your order is limited to the price you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
