Dispatch and delivery times can vary from one product to the next, and items in one order may arrive separately. As a guide, we aim to dispatch within 1–3 working days of payment, with delivery typically taking a further 1–3 weeks. Many of our items are shipped from our supplier's overseas warehouses (mostly in China), so delivery takes longer than for UK-stocked goods, and some items can take longer still. You should receive your order within 30 days of ordering; if we expect a delay we will email you. We'll always aim to get it to you as quickly as we can, but please treat the timings above as estimates rather than guarantees.
