Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you normally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return the goods once you have told us you want to cancel.
Email hello@findlet.co.uk with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We will confirm the return address and any conditions (e.g. unused, in original packaging).
If you change your mind, you pay the cost of posting the item back to us. If an item is faulty or not as described, we cover the return postage.
Once we receive the returned item (or evidence it has been sent), we will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us at hello@findlet.co.uk with a photo and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
None currently. Every product we sell is covered by the standard 14-day right to cancel described above. If we ever sell a personalised or made-to-order item in future, that specific product page will say so clearly, and the standard cancellation right won't apply to it.
